He enjoys helping his son, Robert Walker, compete in the Limited Mod class. At 82 years young, you will find Mr. Walker at every race, meeting and track event. His long standing commitment to TKKC is why the members have dedicated this race to him and his service.

A little about Mr. Walker...

Mr. Bill Walker was born in Lemoore, California on March 8, 1941. He is a third generation carpenter who was raised in the trade. He attended Laton High School and then College of the Sequoias. He served as a Union Official for the Carpenters Union in Visalia, as well as a Field Rep for the Sequoia District Council of Carpenters.

When asked about what he enjoys best in racing, Mr. Walker replied, " The competition and comradery." The Walker family runs deep at TKKC. At one point Robert, Bill's son, and Hannah, Bill's granddaughter, raced against each. Robert even held the championship for 15 years!

We ask you to join us on June 10th as we honor Mr. Walker and his many contributions to TKKC.
